I was really lucky to be able to snag a Hello Kitty handmade brush rolls here from Yumeko/bittenbefore. Initially someone put it on hold but didn’t want it at the end.. So lucky me.. I scored!

Before I show you the actual thing, (boo! spoiler!) let me show you the packing tape Yumeko used.. It has bears on it! I took a photo to show my DD. She loves bears.

I’m really happy simply because its Hello Kitty and its red! I’ve been trying to “recollect” everything red. So this fits nicely into my collection. And I am finally able to ditch my bulky brush roll you see here.. It’s simply NOT practical to carry around such a bulky brush roll while travelling.

(Sorry, I could almost mentally hear you girls shouting “show it already!” Hahaha!)

Okay.. Here goes.. Yumeko kindly included some sweet which I absolutely loved! Hahaha. All gone within the hour.. And also an eyeshadow palette.

Now I shall shut up and show you more photos.. Hahaha!

So I think I’m not the only one who finds white eyeliners too stark.. H was curious with what I call a beige eyeliner.. I gotten this Majolica Majorca jewelling pencil just before I left Singapore.

This will not show up much on skin.. However, it is a rosey shimmerish beige (I know I’m really terrible at colour description) so here is the best swatch photo I have..

All it does is brighten your eyes, it helps to make you look slightly less sleepy. It isn’t going to be as good as using a white liner. However, if you want it subtly, a beige liner is the way to go.

I gotten it for SGD$14.50 at my local Watson store. If you are not in Asia, you could order it from Adam Beauty for US$8.50. Majolica Majorca is one of my favourite drugstore brands. They do have quality products at an affordable price.

I’ve been really frustrated with my hair.. It’s all dried up and tangled up.. So I left the house with this look..

Fr0nd/Jo sold me her TSS Capricon eyeshadows.. She included a small sheet of stickers for my DD which I am still hogging it! Woo hoo! Hahaha..

So that’s it.. I think I’ve finally caught up with posting my hauls. =X I need to catch some shut eye.. Tata!

RAWRS! Fr0nd/Jo wasn't joking when she said Capricon was blah.. And truly it was blah to the point of painfully blah. Geez Heather! I'm sure not all Capriconians are that blah right?!

I also adjusted my foundation a little with SN yellow color corrector.. It does seem to match me a little better.. I can't really tell coz I dusted date bait over it. Hur! =X

Anyways.. I bought this Revlon matte lipstick in Really Red some days ago.. It was in my handbag for some time until today. I decided to try it out.. I wasn't about to shell out big bucks for a MAC red lipstick.. To be honest, it is my first red lippie.. I'm not too sure how I would like it.

Hubs said all I need is a white dress.. a steaming sewer drain.. and a mole.. =X LOL! All I did was applied the lipstick and CS Sheer Crimson lip smacks over it. So is it a yes or no to the red lipstick?

The TWO contestants!

In the Silk Naturals corner, we have the lovely Bloom lipgloss. On the site, Bloom's description is very light, almost milky, but kinda sheer, cool-toned, non-shimmery pink with just the slightest hint of golden.

And in the MAC corner, we have the A Rose Romance lustre lipstick. It is described to be a mid-tone pink with gold pearl.

Umm.. I think we all can agree that the two are very different colours even with the similar description. Personally, I prefer Bloom for its understated grown-up pink. While for A Rose Romance, I feel its relatively blah.. I have a few similar pinks in my MAC stash too which doesn’t get used often too.. I’m guessing it will work really well on people who are on the yellow side.

The rest of my face.. I used SN’s perfecting powder + date bait mix. On cheeks, I used SN’s Stardust blush. For contouring, I used SN’s Drama blush. Lastly, DM’s brow powder in Just Browsin’ Brown.

I decided to try out my samples from yesterday's package. There wasn't much colour choices.. So I took 3 (geminix, yellow beige and warm peach) and mix them all up.. The result was the closest match of foundation in my current stash.

But to be honest, the coverage isn’t sufficient for me, I prefer heavier coverage to cover some scar.. On the good side, it is sufficient for my everyday mummy look! So that’s good.. However, I do wanna RAVE about the blush.. I am in love! First, I was suckered in by the name.. Who can resist such a name - Lover’s Caress? Hee.. It gives such a gorgeous flush!

I decided I had enough of trying out of TSS e/s.. And stuck to what I call the Mummy look created with my Majolica Majorca BR751 palette.

Anyways.. I’m not here to talk about my look.. I finally received my package from geminisc! Woo hoo.. I opened it and got a nice sniff of her goodies!

Some really gorgeous blushes included! She knew I was such a MMU addict that she included them in to prevent me from missing my stash!

These are the bath fizzy. They smell awesome! I feel like taking a bath with them RIGHT NOW! Too bad I don’t have a tub.. So I’m stuck to a bucket and my feet gets a relaxing treat!

Here’s what I actually ordered! Heez.. I’ll review on it in a week or two!

I know that I'm a little late in reviewing my lip smacks BUT I finally finish trying out all of them. My favourites are definitely Monroe a Go Go, Mega Mauve and Pep Pink.

I’m quite bad in giving reviews.. I based my order on TiffanyD’s review (and she has amazing swatches!). However, do keep in mind that all of us have different skintones and our favourites could be very different. TiffanyD didn’t like Mega Mauve but it works extremely well for me. Although I do agree with her that Monroe a Go Go is such a pretty shade. So go figure!

I thought that I’ve out grown the glossy finish of lipglosses but the lip smacks complete changed my mind! I do not quite like the heavy texture of MAC lipglasses but I still buy them for their shades. However, they usually just sit around in my vanity drawers.
